What flower arrangements do you offer for retail?

We offer fresh, preserved and dried flowers. You may browse our Florescence page for more details.

For preserved flowers, what types of flowers do you use?

We have preserved Ecuadorian roses with varying sizes and preserved hydrangeas. Also, we use preserved moss for the bottom layer.

How do I order?

You may send us a message via Instagram or Facebook. Please let us know what product you want to order. Please note flower colors are subject to availability. Our online shop is currently a work in progress but will be launching very soon.

How do I make payment?

Payments should be made via bank deposit or online transfer via BDO. Once you have placed an order, we will send you our bank details to confirm and for you to deposit your payment. All our arrangements are made-to-order hence any payments made are non-refundable.

Do you deliver? Is pick-up option available?

Yes, we deliver via Lalamove or Grab, unless bulk orders. We do not have any pick up option at the moment. Exact time of delivery cannot be guaranteed as we follow a route per day.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Please order at least 1-2 days in advance for us to prepare your order. We will only process the order once payment has been made and verified.

How do I care for the flowers?

For preserved flowers, these do not need water. Avoid exposure to direct sunlight and wind from air conditioning as these might cause dryness or the color to fade. Do not touch, press or bend the petals.

For fresh flowers, keep them away from wind and extreme temperatures, which can quickly dry out the flowers and cause wilting. If your flowers came in plastic, remove this as soon as possible. Avoid placing flower arrangements in windowsills and other areas with full sun where flowers can wilt due to overheating. Most flowers will last longer under cool conditions. Keep your vase filled with water! All flower and foliage stems should be submerged. Flowers stay fresher, longer when they can get a drink!

If your flowers came in a basket or other container with foam, add fresh water every day. Immediately remove dead or wilting leaves and stems from fresh flower arrangements.
Watch your water. When it gets cloudy it’s time to change it out.

For best results, cut stems with a sharp knife at an angle about one to two inches from the bottom.

May I request for a personalized note card?

Yes! Personal greeting cards are free of charge. However for rush orders, only blank cards will be provided.
